Through a career that has spanned different continents and disciplines, Tom has come to recognize the power of diversity and now aims to build work environments that aren’t one-size-fits-all but instead enable everyone to be their best, fullest self.
Almost as much as culture design, Tom loves trails—running or hiking them whenever possible. They have also served as a board member for local advocacy organizations Friends of Garibaldi Park and Friends of Strathcona Park.
