Sara Laiq is part of Ecojustice’s Leadership Giving and Foundation’s team. She has previously worked in Pakistan towards the advancement of sustainable and inclusive development in the private sector and fundraising for Pakistan’s biggest educational non-profit with the aim of improving access to quality education for the marginalized communities. With a passion for environmental and social justice, Sara is excited to contribute to the environmental movement in what is known as Canada. She holds a postgraduate degree in Public Policy from Kings College London.

Sara is grateful to live and work as a guest on the traditional, unceded, and unsurrendered territory of the Huron-Wendat, Algonquin Anishnaabeg, Haudenosaunee, Chippewas, and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation whose presence here reaches back to time immemorial.
