John is a digital creative with a background in science and photography.
His mission is to use the digital tools of today to help create a better world for the planet tomorrow. John’s experience ranges from managing international marine conservation campaigns supporting the global biodiversity framework (30×30), to working with the Kayapo Peoples in the Brazilian Amazon on Indigenous-led conservation and storytelling.
His passion for the natural world often has him in the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh and Líl̓watǝmx territory of British Columbia where he spends his time adventuring on his bike or skis with his camera.
