CALGARY/TERRITORIES OF THE BLACKFOOT AND PEOPLES OF TREATY 7, HOME TO MÉTIS NATION OF ALBERTA, REGION III – Lawyers from Ecojustice will appear in the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench on Feb. 11 and Feb. 12 to challenge the public inquiry into “anti-Alberta” energy campaigns.
Ecojustice is asking the court to quash the inquiry, on the grounds that it is unlawful, biased, and an unfair use of government power.
Devon Page, the executive director of Ecojustice, will be available for print, online, radio, and television interviews in the lead-up to the hearing and on the days Ecojustice is in court.
