Tanya graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2010, with an award in Climate Change Law. She joined Ecojustice in 2013 after working with the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and in private practice. Tanya is currently working to ensure that the federal government carefully scrutinizes the safety of pesticides that have been banned by other developed countries. She is also working to protect the Great Lakes and other sources of drinking water from pollution and on climate and energy issues. Tanya and her husband Braden live in Ottawa, where they are working towards a zero-waste lifestyle.
