Simone grew up in a small beach town outside of Santa Cruz, California. Inspired by kelp and redwood forests alike, she resonated with environmental protection from a young age. In 2012, Simone moved to Vancouver to study fine arts at the University of British Columbia. Following her graduation, she continued her studies to obtain a Certificate in Digital Marketing from RED Academy. Joining Ecojustice in 2019, Simone is thrilled to be a part of an organization that advocates for climate action and environmental justice.
Outside of work Simone likes to swing dance, spend time with friends and backcountry ski.
