Rod Manson has planned a legacy gift that will help protect the wilderness that plays a starring role in one of his most memorable experiences.
One evening, Rod and a fellow camper took a break from canoeing in Northern Ontario to prepare some food. Then they heard a rustling in the forest. Out crawled an inquisitive young brown bear that decided to get up close and personal with the campsite and the campers before ambling back into the forest.
It was a scary encounter, but also a beautiful one that reminds Rod of what’s to lose if no one ensures the protection of Canada’s wildlife and their habitat.
That’s why Rod agreed to make Ecojustice Canada Society the beneficiary of his life insurance policy.
