Rachel (she/her) joined Ecojustice in January 2022 and works on both the nature and climate teams. She is passionate about defending at-risk-species and ecosystems and has a particular affinity for tenacious migratory species.
Prior to this, she had a broad litigation practice that included human rights law, regulatory prosecutions, and general civil litigation. She has appeared at all levels of the courts of British Columbia and the Yukon. She is a graduate of the University of Victoria, Faculty of Law, and the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Land and Food Systems.
